PRODUCT WARRANTY or GUARANTEE EQUIPMENT
It is very important for the Customer to obtain Warranty or Guarantee of a Product as well as our Server Packages Products. We guarantee the Package Server Product for comfort and tranquility for Mahanani customers. Whatever guarantee we provide, please refer to the following:

1. WARRANTIES OF OUR EXISTENCE

We MAHANANI is true with domicile place of business which valid and true existence and have been registered and registered official duty official and supported by trusted banking acount that have managed to serve many customer.

2. PACKAGE SHIPPING PACKAGE SERVICE WARRANTY

We guarantee the delivery of the Package Server Pulsa and its equipment to the hands of the Customer safely and intact without any defect because in the delivery package must be insured. By using a reliable shipping service in this case we use J&T, JNE Shipping Service, TiKI, Pos Indonesia and PT.KAI with long delivery for 2 sd 3 working days for Java and 3 to 4 working days outside Java (this is based on experience us) the server package and its equipment have been received by the customer. If within 7 days the server package is received by customer then please contact us and we will track and report to the related shipping expedition.

3. SOFTWARE GUARANTEE

We guarantee the Software used runs and works normally and is not corrupted (error) forever without time limitation as long as the Simcard Key Dongle License runs normally. For that we are begging cooperation to keep and check always Simcard Key Dongle must always in active period and if expired and enter into grace period then Dongle will not work as result of software will not be able to run. To get the license activation back then the user will be charged license fee of Rp.150.000

4. TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE ASSURANCE (SUPPORT) AND BASIC TRAINING

We will assist and provide technical guidance (basic training) for 6 months from the date of purchase until customer can master and smoothly operate the server and usually according to our experience the mastery of the server will not take long (about 2 weeks user sdh master). 5. GUARANTEE EQUIPMENT AND SOFTWARE

Computer LED monitor = 1 year warranty
Keyboard and mouse = 1 week warranty
Wavecom 1306B modem (single) = 3 month warranty

Mainboard Modem Pool = 1 month warranty
Power supply modem pool = 3 month warranty
Software Server = lifetime warranty
Addon Ibanking module = lifetime guarantee if no change from the bank system concerned.
